Taking this approach means a lot less work for you, and should help you to keep costs down - rather than replacing whole sets of bedding each time your child has a new passion, you can just buy new cushions, a different lightshade or put extra posters on the wall.
Mixing comfort and style
Most experts are agreed that teenagers need lots of sleep. They are under stress both physically and mentally, both from the changes that are happening to their bodies and the challenges they face at school. Rest is important and good quality sleep is vital, so you should make sure that your teenager's bed is giving them the support they need to get a good night's sleep. You also need to provide them with comfortable bedding so that they are warm enough at night, and not irritated by cheap fabrics. Paying attention to the bedding your teenagers use could lead to an improved sleeping environment.
Whilst it's impossible to please teenagers all of the time, getting them involved in the choices of bedding for their room is an important thing to do.
